est un tuyau d&rsquo;\u00e9gout (sanitaire et pluvial) en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 avec un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans la paroi. Le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9cup\u00e8re la chaleur de l&rsquo;effluent des eaux us\u00e9es dans le tuyau et\/ou dans le sol l\u2019entourant. Le syst\u00e8me rejette \u00e9galement la chaleur vers les effluents d&rsquo;eaux us\u00e9es, le tuyau et le sol entourant le tuyau, devenant ainsi une batterie thermique.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me est connect\u00e9 et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par des pompes \u00e0 chaleur dans les b\u00e2timents. Celle-ci a pour fonction d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la chaleur de bas niveau collect\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me @<em>Source<\/em>-Energy, puis de la distribuer dans le b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>Par temps chaud, les pompes \u00e0 chaleur s&rsquo;inversent, retirant la chaleur du b\u00e2timent et la rejetant dans le tuyau @<em>Source<\/em>-Energy, refroidissant ainsi le b\u00e2timent. Chaque b\u00e2timent se voit attribuer une longueur de tuyaux en qualit\u00e9 de syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur. Des tuyaux en plastique (PEHD) relient le b\u00e2timent au syst\u00e8me et sont situ\u00e9s \u00e0 la limite du terrain. Une vanne situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la limite du terrain est utilis\u00e9e pour ouvrir ou fermer le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur pour ce b\u00e2timent. Le propri\u00e9taire du b\u00e2timent est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement responsable du raccordement de la pompe \u00e0 chaleur du b\u00e2timent aux branchements de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur (tuyaux) situ\u00e9s \u00e0 la limite du terrain.<\/p><p>Les tuyaux en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 sont des produits \u00e9labor\u00e9s sur mesure qui pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9sistance et une durabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures. Les tuyaux @<em>Source<\/em>-Energy d\u00e9passent les exigences de r\u00e9sistance structurale de l&rsquo;essai de portance \u00e0 trois bords de la norme
